Isn't it kind of weird that top people within the cryptocurrency field are so hesitant to even discuss Chainlink when the subject of oracles comes up? They all know about it but they won't directly acknowledge it. It seems forced.

Ari Paul just posted about decentralized oracles and every other comment is asking about Chainlink but he won't even acknowledge it. When Vitalik accidentally tweeted about Chainlink he passed it off as if he actually meant to just endorse oracles themselves.

Why aren't they allowing themselves to discuss Chainlink when it's slapping them right in the face?
