Am I retarded for planning to buy a house in 2021? Have any fellow stackers purchased (mortgaged) a home recently? Tired of gf and I wasting money on rent. Appreciate it. I work in corp valuations so I'm comfortable from that perspective, but I'm mostly looking at large/mid cap tech and bio companies so totally different space. DD for investments is another full time job and I get lazy sometimes which is a very bad habit. Got to do the DD to make sure the returns are there. Cheers
