Yeah so long as the can is undamaged, and I make a point to check them carefully before buying. I also grab the ones with the latest expiration dates, because the food will be fresher (taste better). My deenz are all stamped 2025-27, and I easily go through a couple tins a week, so I'd cycle through them regardless of all this.
Acidic stuff like tomatoes (and sauce) can go off faster, but I ate some that was years past the expiration date and it was still ok, just not as tasty.
