Tony Robbins shills a lot of BS or new age hippy talk that means nothing (think positive!!), but two things he did teach me that are invaluable:

(1) Change is instantaneous. Never say "I will change tomorrow". Change whatever it is RIGHT NOW. Go to the gym NOW. Quit smoking NOW. Make lifestyle changes NOW.

(2) The second is once you set a goal, your brain naturally notices things in your life that make that goal easier to obtain that you would never notice otherwise. For instance, I decided to set a minor goal of completely rennovating my house on my own. Upon taking on this monumental task for a bookworm palmolive handed pussy like me, I immediately noticed neighbors down the street who I saw doing several tasks on their own houses that I knew nothing about. I overcame my shyness and reached out and asked for pointers. Without even asking them, they volunteered to help me with this shit, taught me a fuck ton of skills, and we became very good friends as a result. It also cost me NOTHING.

If I had not actually set this goal, I would never have even noticed their banal household chores, never would have met / reached out, learned skills, made friends, etc. You get the idea.

Its really powerful stuff and I got it entirely from reading Tony's book. Whether he invented it is irrelevant. I learned it from him.

I've tried all of these many times. They are fucking trash compared to emeramide.
Emeramide can actually pass into cells and into the brain and hold on tightly.
Those other ones just weakly bind to mercury outside of cells and drop the mercury a lot of the time.
