People who bully others usually do it because of a lack of self esteem and unprocessed childhood trauma. There is a very high chance they never processed that trauma, because most people never do.
So while you see them posting shallow stuff on facebook, there is a very big chance that deep down they are not happy.

>took a few vacations a year and bragged about material possessions

Traders
>respects the interns and even invites them out drinking
>works 70 hours a week
>personal wages isn't really a topic of conversation
>no one really brags about vacations it's kind of seen as a low class thing to go on vacation
>average age 28

Really interesting for me to live both sides of the coin.
