Their whitepaper sucks. Do they even have a testnet? Or is this holographic blockchain just a good idea people WANT to get excited about because they can buy millions of the supply because “if it only goes to $1 I’m a millionaire!” while in reality they’re just fronting the cost for someone to spend their time rearching a new technology which may or may not work and on top of that may or may not be adopted.

Another thing. The best tech doesn’t always win out. And holochain could look on paper to be super awesome, but once applied people might just not like it and not use it. They have their own interests at play too. What do I mean by that? Tomorrow someone could introduce the greatest blockchain ever with infinite scalability and no fees. But will anyone even use it? What if I want to do smartcontracts. What if the economics of the system don’t work? The point is, timing can be everything and the whims of the people will decide.

I’ve been wrong before tho. I thought tron was a scam but it’s still puttering around I guess.
