Mining would be insanely profitable if Bitcoin wasn't turned to unusable shit.

The increased costs of running Monero's network are reflected in the rewards. The incentives are setup to keep people improving the system. You're saying it can't be done. I'm telling you, you've never tried. Theoretical limits on throughput put out there by developers have been broken multiple times over the years. It's just an excuse.

You can't refute any of my points about L2.

Literally the only point of a crypto is that it is instant, cheap online payments. BTC killed that usecase, so it's just one giant heap of trash.

But you still didn't get the point. BTC literally can NOT scale, and having more transactions coming in will congest the network into total dysfunction. The transaction bottleneck makes a proper bullrun technologically impossible. As more people buy, the mempool fills, transactions get delayed for hours and even days, and fees skyrocket to $10, 20, 50, 100+++ USD per transaction.

t. someone who understands what a block limit is.

You are a retard if you think BTC will ever break it's all time high ever again.

It's broken technology. Growth is stifled at a 1MB block, meaning it can't scale and grow and therefore the usecase is limited to being a speculative pump and dump asset.

In order for Bitcoin to grow to these prices, it requires mass adoption. Which is something BTC can never accomplish.

>Transaction rates have nothing to do with price but with usability and yes at 500k tx per day it bottlenecked.
>But it had nothing to do with the price.

How the fuck do you expect people to buy it when they can't even move any coins? Do you not understand what happened in 2017?

>Imagine where Bitcoin would've been without the insanely high fees
this, It could have been used to actually make applications that was not possible before bitcoin made microtransactions possible. BTC killed microtransactions with high fees

> Pretty much the exact moment BTC hit a scaling cap alts took off. Literally the only reason alts have ANY relevance at all is because BTC was kneecapped in both scale and utility.

Also I may add, the BTC camp is absolutely TERRIFIED of BSV and CSW, they are the ones with huge paid shill teams.
BSV can literally do everything ethereum can and more, the core devs removed this functionality from btc early, vitalik originally wanted to build ethereum on the BTC network but decided not to because of the core devs. Now hes calling bsv a scam because he's feeling threatened.
