If I follow the Prudent Treatment of Cryptoassets according the BIS on XRPL in-game, for example in-game orange tokens and it's x25 derivative* token backed by orange tokens, if they are fully backed by oranges (in my fridge) and can be redeemed for the oranges (in my fridge), which can be audited by a BIS official at any time (I will give you complimentary orange juice), and there is sufficient liquidity in the underlying asset class (I go to the grocery store), it could be classed as a Class 1 asset.
