self inflicted

i was suicidically depressed and homeless and then the only thing i could do for enjoyment was eating and drinking so i just over ate and over drank sugar all day llong and was bloated all the time

24/7 for several months

because i had a fear of getting a job and talking to the interview guy and degrading myself because i had only known neet life

and then i just fucking ended up in emergy room and now i depend on insulin the rest of my life

that was when i was 22 im 26 now
and my feet hurt now permantntly too

i was in a coma where diabetic ketoacidosis and it was the worst pain ever
