I would say it's more of a symptom than a cause. Any organization that's putting people like this in positions of importance is clearly making poor decisions across the board. It's the catranny in the coal mine.

And to clarify, he wasn't a tranny. He has *two identities,* male and female, and wakes up as a different person each morning. We had a word for people like that when I was a kid, and we would send those people to a big building where doctors would study them through a tiny window in the door of a padded cell. Now we call those people "brave" (you know, brave, like firemen) and give them the keys to millions of people's financial futures.
