He's good with numbers, but his autism makes him incapable of understanding the human element and the irrationality that follows. That's why he tends to be right, but way too early with his predictions.

He was only like a year early with the housing market, but that doesn't mean he will be one year early this time. He could be 5 or even 10 years early because he doesn't take into account the irrationality of the people in charge of monetary policy.
