My business is selling/renting huts in the Norwegian woods and mountains. Huge area, most things go so I'm open for anything.

Theres a yearly fee for making the ski tracks which I pay for entirely, but it ruins my business because there is a law that states that "skiing should be free for everyone" - hence I have to pull out the money from my own pocket.

If I stop paying for it - no ski tracks and no more customers.

If I will make do, every one of the hut owners need to pay a small fee of 100 dolars a year (huts can go by the million), but they cling to the law that gives them rights to not pay for it, meanwhile gladly pay 400 for a week at some other ski resort.

How do I get them to pay, knowing that it will benefit both me and them?
