20% loss on the week. it doesn't tickle.
the psychology around big losses is fascinating tho and i'm handling this one probably the best i have.
turns out that "i have to make it back!" is pure fucking poison. feels like for the first time i'm 100% retracing steps, taking the lesson and adjusting strategy as needed, but also letting go of the pain or the loss itself as anything significant that i have to counteract in some way.
still being tilted is fascinating, don't know if others feel the same.
