i get it, hardcore crypto fanatics believe in BTC because it is a deflationary asset in contrast to FIAT. I like the basic notion, but there is a catch that you guys forget: If FIAT money becomes less valuable the real buying power of consumers will go down significantly to the point where they won't have any money left to gamble on speculative assets. It's just a farce really, SATS are meaningless without information on FIAT inflation and value.

I want to start a company that utilizes smart contracts to make investing in income producing commercial real estate as easy as buying a shitcoin. The company would pool funds and buy real estate deals with the money, then distribute the income proportionately once per month. This would provide a way to diversify into real world assets without having to cash out of crypto. Thoughts?
