We already pay for it. These real estate developments are predominantly payed for through public grants, tax breaks and bailouts obtained through political lobbying (legal corruption.) Then to rub it in more, after our taxes pay for the development, they then suck our income from us directly through rent. This is not a free market. There is no capital risk for the developer in most cases. We shoulder their mortgage while they collect interest. As I said to the other anon, stop defending being cucked.
