Okay /entg/, buckle up because this is going to be a fairly long rant/business plan/request for feedback.

RANT:
You may have seen me posting in these threads about some drone with a ridiculously long flight time. Who am I? I'm a mechanical engineer who is stuck working a shitty job and is barely able to afford rent in this shithole called Seattle. I swear to god, if I don't do something to radically change my situation in the next year, I am going to kill myself. That is why I'm embarking on this project and why I want you, /entg/, to hold me accountable.

How did things get this way? I have done an enormous amount of self-reflection over the last year, and the conclusion I have come to is a combination of anxiety, bad social skills, and even worse luck. I find it very difficult to win friends in a team environment, and while I have made efforts to improve in this area, this has resulted in me being passed over for any sort of leadership or career advancement opportunity.

I still managed to make the best of the cards I was dealt (pic related is my resume) and graduated two years ago. But right at the end of college, I got this absurdly rare autoimmune disease that started attacking my retinas and threatening to make me go blind. So after graduating I spent the next year and a half living with my mom in a darkened bedroom, trying to fix my health full time.
