>hurr durr giving up your freedom will restore it..

>these people or man have my best interest hurr durr even though the clearly want to control me

>basically you just demand absolute anarchy at all costs and people who even want minimal government
No not at all.. i constantly have to dispell that myth and i am for gradual minarchism with the ever progressing goal of eliminating statist violence once humans adapt to less and less government layer by layer. No one wants to declare anarchy all at once.

But with patent laws.. yeah progress is great, but really there is not inherrent need for them in our current society. Some mega corps would bitch and complain but that is the extent of the damage and if they fail then that is probably what the market needed and ofc it wouldnt be the majority of corps that would fail. It's literally one of the easiet laws to repeal without consequence. I guess still there is an argument to proceed with caution...

But... for the sake of this argument you need to admit they are objectively unethical and counter productive to a healthy market.

>decentralized libertarian minimal government
Well it would only be libertarian if the end goal and ever present effort is to eliminate the government as much as possible at any one time and eventually get rid of it. We need to solve a few major problems sure but humans can adapt and we could use some kind of decentralize network of trust for the really hard problems like nukes and shit.

My point is that the there is no minarchist "ideal" rather minarchism is a temporary stepping stone to our final goal, which we should always try to achieve with acceptable risks, even if it was actually impossble but we need to always be trying and to have a government that is always trying.

But realistically... that is never going to happen and what really is going to happen is fall of the soviet union 2.0 where people stop giving a shit about what their larp ass polticians say they should be doing and everyone just starts taking care of themselves more. Ron Paul has said so and name field is a good excerpt about this from michael malice.
