Hi /biz/ i doubt you will be able to help me with this but ill try anyway

>rent very good place in city center for my healthy food restaurant for very good price
>owner is helpful, advising with how to set up things
>we put signatures on contract for 3 years
>fast forward 2 fucking weeks
>he says he wants to stop the contract for unknown reasons

I havent done anything to that place yet expect letting in designers to do their work. There are basically 3 ways this could go down:

>He doesnt provide access to the property and we sue him
>We try to negotiate a sum for which we will willingly accept to stop the contract
>He gives us the keys


What do i do? I know its stupid to ask /biz/ for opinion on this but still i am interested to hear.

This is happening in eastern europe btw

For a 1000$, is it objectively better to buy BTC or ETH?
