LMAO, you totally misunderstood that argument.
The argument is about 50% of *STAKED* ETH versus 50% of staked PNK, both of which in this though experiment would have the same value. After attacking the network in the former case, you'd still be sitting on a pile of valuable ETH, which you could sell off and go on your merry way. In the latter case, you would have scammed honest jurors out of their PNK, but your entire stack of PNK would now be worthless because you would have destroyed the network's credibility. In other words, it doesn't make sense for a rational actor to 51% attack Kleros as long as the value being disputed is less than the value of 51% of the network.
In other words, the argument is basically the opposite of what you were saying, you Pakistani brainlet.

Yeah, worth mentioning that jurors can refuse to arbitrate ambiguous cases without penalty. It's really designed for black and white, binary questions, which make up the vast majority of disputes.
And really, a major usecase is just providing subjective judgment even where no dispute exists. PNK is an oracle network for information you can't get from an API.
