I had this idea, its probably retarded but hear me out. Crowd sourcing porn videos. basically you give the community 4-5 ideas with actresses and situations, then you set up a goal for funding the production. the members contribute on the ones they want to see and when the goal is reached the video is made and released for free to everyone with some special perks for those who actually funded the project.

I'm not sure it could be sustainable, but I never was much of an executive producer.
