Hypothetically, if I made several millions of dollars of crypto, and don't want to pay taxes on it, could I instead use a majority of that money to buy real estate and file a 1031 exchange on the investment as to not pay taxes on it? Or am I forced to do bullshit with a ROTH IRA? obviously a burger
