Also, landchads serve a beneficial purpose.

Humans have a basic need for food.
Are farmers evil exploiters now too?

>b-b-but farmers don't rent out food
So?
Rent exists because people need access to products and services for either small periods of time and they can't or are unwilling to pay for the entire product up front to use it.
Imagine if it was impossible to rent out tools and industrial equipment.
Need to grind your concrete floor?
Too fucking bad, you have to pay $5000 for a concrete grinder faggot!

Gee I wonder.
Maybe free markets in housing have something to do with it.

>LandKikes consume massive supply from available real estate and ensure that anyone trying to start a family is priced out forever.
How does this make any sense whatsoever.
We have the same amount of landlords per capita and the same home ownership rate as we had in 1960.

Obviously it's not the landlords responsible for raising home prices, that's fucking retarded.
The things responsible are central bank money printing and insane zoning laws and regulations.

>no... less landlords means less of these creatures buying up homes and inflating the value of property
lmao why are there still retards that think this way?
We had around the same amount of landlords per capita in 1970, same home ownership rate etc and rents were a lot cheaper.
Landlords don't magically make rents skyrocket, they are competing with other landlords on price.
Housing/rents are going up because central banks print money to create a massive housing bubble, this along with zoning and building regulations make rents skyrocket.
I mean Japan and South Korea don't have zoning, rent control etc etc and their rents haven't gone up in 20 years.

Leftists are braindead.
