In the hospital, your doctor goes on rounds, he checks you out, looks at how you're doing since he last checked up on you, adjusts his treatment plan, and orders medications. The pharmacist then looks at those medications and decides if the doctor is sane or not. Very rarely do we (pharmacists) have to ask the doctor to change anything. They are very good at what they do and our role is to advise them and serve as a second set of eyes.
Now comes the shit show. We send up the medications that the doctor ordered and that we verified and then those addle-brained cunts that spend their shifts making TikTok videos and taking nudes in the bathroom instead of taking care of you, rush the administration of those drugs, don't bother to read shit, shove the wrong meds down the wrong tubes, and fucking kill you.
I'm not joking when I tell you that 90% or more of medication errors made in the hospital are because nurses are vapid whores. Fuck nurses.
