I get that they're harder to refine due to containing manganese on top of copper, which is why you get offered less for them on resale, but if you're stacking for the mythical day of deliberate hyper inflation of the USD to pay down debt followed by the reinstitution of hard money and PMs suddenly accounting for trillions in value, then does it really matter what purity you stack?

If you really believe that we may get a future in which 1 oz of silver trades for 3-4k USD (in terms of current buying power) I don't see concerns about resale play into your thinking. At that point you'd primarily be trading in any source of PM for the neo-shekel value that silver represents.
