2017'er here. Almost 3 years of living as a multi-millionaire, and I've got to say that if poor people knew what it was like to be rich, there would be fucking revolution in the streets.

First I want to say that I made out like a bandit. 35k into about 2.9MM split between two tax years. Jumped from ETH>DGB>ANS>AE> BTC and obviously other coins too but those were my central wins.

Here is the MAIN difference between being rich and poor.

Diet. I only eat meat from private farms now. 100% grass fed and finished beef, chickens that cost $70 each, etc etc.

The thing about being broke is that you can "eat healthier" by buying whole foods, even organic, but the organic meat in the stores is still bullshit. Grass fed doesn't mean shit, they usually just feed the cows grass for a couple of days then put them on grain diets until they're slaughtered. Since cows ferment grass into omega 3's and get vitamins from grass, non grass fed beef is basically toxic. Basically, unless you order from specialty stores, your food is devoid of nutrition and is toxic, even if you do "whole foods" in America.

The quality of my life through understanding food quality has been the biggest improvement. I'm thoroughly convinced that poor people become even more retarded through their diets, further locking them into cog like cycles where they just work and die without being able to think outside of the box.

I don't even eat out at restaurants anymore unless it's a very expensive place (and even that doesn't guarantee that they don't use cheap vegetable oils.).

If poor people understood nutrition they'd fucking flip out at the garbage they feed themselves and their kids.
