You can see them raiding threads, many times they will not even try to hide the fact they are raiding (15+ posts all agreeing with each other spamming black men). While you are mindlessly scrolling you are already in a state of hypnotic suggestion, so its just a matter of repeating it enough for your mind. Also sex is one of the most potent forces in us, so when it is hijacked it is extremely powerful and it is also easy to get your mind focused on it. Also, the more it upsets you the more it will be on your mind, making the association worse. Another thing to consider is the "pleasure-pain" complex, which they are exploiting intentionally. They are applying freudian psychology or low-level occult knowledge to run an all out psyop.

I would not at all be surprised to find out if israelis or some other organized shills were behind this, since they are so relentless and have actual knowledge.
