Worked at Michael's as an early morning stocker, Manager was acting like she was doing me a favor because I had a 5 month cv gap at 20 years old (holy kek, like that fucking matters), immediate red flags: glorified min. wage supervisor (getting paid 1 dollar over min. with an ego trip) told me the entire team walked out together because the job was so shit. First week was okay, then out of nowhere the truck day comes, was supposed to be on a Thursday and came a day early... Had to unload half a 19 wheeler BY MYSELF with some retarded faggot I met the day of. Violations everywhere, extremely unsafe, handling glass nonstop, had to cut open boxes in under a second, worked us like slaves for a month. After 4 weeks manager decided to make me clean bathrooms (not doing that shit), took a shit on the womens bathroom on the seat, pissed at the entrance and quit without telling anyone right before the truck shipment arrived. I went back a week later and a ex-coworker said they were laughing hysterically at the shit on the toliet and the manager was fuming. If a manager ever gives you shit for MINIMUM WAGE, make their life a living hell.
