You just made a large amount of assumptions. The book lays out a set of circumstances under which the author feels it not only morally right, but a moral necessity to resist evil by force. I agree with them fully and can't recall anything that contradicts them in the bible. I can't paste them here because I can't find a PDF but I recommend you read it. It's very clear that only in very certain cases should people act as the book describes, and that you shouldn't go around punishing people for God based on your own judgement.
