From what I can see here, a 1/100 gold/silver ratio seems to be a good rule

Should I get 100 1oz coins then start larger amounts (ie. 1k or 100oz)?

Just purchased 25 of these 1oz kangas and a 1oz gold kanga but working out where to go from here.
