I have the 'top ten exempt volume' day chart that I got from looking through the archives earlier, I posted it last thread but I might as well post it here. I would like to know what causes exempt volume because it is usually chilling out around 0-1% on an average day and stays that way for years.

I have the screenshot from the old thread, short exempt days are extremely rare are not random and aren't one off-things, they happen in concentrated clusters. I think it's an RC-sized whale. Interestingly enough, the price drops drastically after the first few short exempt days then does a V-shape recovery into an extended run.

clearer in logscale, what happened in 2020 just before the big runup? and why are we seeing this happening again now?
