this will be close, total cumulative losses for Q1,Q2,Q3 2023 are $56.4M, Q4 2022 was a net income of $48.2M and with reduced stores in 2023 (albeit not profitable ones) and the resulting declining sales it will be close if the expected Q4 2023 net income is greater than $56.5M making 2023 profitable. Although with $1B to invest if RC has been able to generate 10% pa then that would mean $25M in investment income which could tip the scales.

seems like tinfoil to me, even if there are specific companies being used as collateral, don't think RC can know what shares are being used
