$QLD is an ETF (a basket collection of the top 100 companies in the Nasdaq, mainly all tech stocks) which is also multiplied x2. ($QQQ is the same but only x1)

Anon was basically telling you to look at this chart and look at how your money would have faired should you have gobbled up shares when it was at say under 10 bucks and look at where it is today (around $100 a share)

Also please note each candle in this chart is equal to 1 month of movement, so its pulling back and taking a long, long term passive look at investing in tech
