This answer will probably be disappointing to you. But speaking from my personal experience, you actually learn these things better by doing and making mistakes on the way, instead of trying to get the hang of things by following some theoretical lessons. Financial markets are by nature unpredictable due to the simple fact that the main actors participating in the action are humans, accompanied with the immense variety of psychological profiles and factors deciding our actions. What may be common sense from your point of view can be completely out of left field seen from another. Think of it like a pvp game. Everyone is playing to win, so what would you do in a situation where bought shares of a coin at $0.1, now worth $10 after a week?

Still, in order to properly get started, I think it's wise for you to take the time to read/watch some introductory content to at least have a grasp of what you're doing and the tech you're soon going to be interacting with. Despite what I said above about theory, it's good practice to be curious and to ask questions whenever you need. If there is one thing I have learned, it's that pride has no place in investing or shitcoining, and you have to be humble in order to actually move forward.

>Smart contracts explained:
https://youtube.com/watch?v=pWGLtjG-F5c&

>DeFi explained:
https://youtube.com/watch?v=k9HYC0EJU6E&

This format might not be to your taste, but I think it does the job. I know it helped me. I didn't even watch or knew these videos existed before I started trading, I just created an account on binance, withdrew my ETH to metamask and bought an hyped shitcoin shilled here.

One thing I also cannot stress enough is that you have to diversify your sources of information, do not only rely on /biz/ for investing advice.

Good telegram groups with helpful people I know about are:

@CryptoClownClub

Good luck, OP.

I found some interesting information, its not a direct chainlink connection but the usecase is somewhat funny and if true could point out and narrow down a time window for mainnet release.

I‘m the guy that started drawing sadfrogs in MS paint in 2011 which attracted more people to drawing sadfrogs and eventually it spawned smug pepe and a gorillion variants of him.

the CEO of Digital Asset Blythe Masters is also on the advisor board of the Chamber of Digital Commerce and I bet 100 bucks that she and Perianne Boring talked about tit cancer at least 1 time.
(Blythe Masters is a member of the Board of Directors of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and Perianne Borings mom survived boob cancer).
both of them also attended Synchronize2018 and Blythe was a speaker there.
Perianne Boring should be clear, she talked with sergey at sxsw about getting rid of lawyers.
