So biz I'm planning on buying a pic related car. These go for about $5k to $8k. At these price ranges, they have about 300 000km(186411 miles) on them. I know what you are thinking already

I have $290k in LINK and some in shitcoins. I'm young and have driven around in a shitbox for 2 years now and the shitbox is starting to fall apart. I just want a nice car for the next year or 2 max. In europe the nice cars are basically bmw, audi, mercedes. I just like the bmw e60 the most and I have the $8k plus $2k for a year of maintenance to spend, after that I'll see how LINK is and either keep the car or downgrade, but for now I just want a nice car. Just tell me this, if I buy one with 300k km and the owner has done ok job on maintaining it and I don't plan to do fucking roadtrips with it everyday, will it run for a year without costing me over $2k in maintenance?
