Less than 1% of the total XRP supply just received absolute legal clarity. These are called programmatic sales. Which is the retail component. The institutional component goes to a jury trial. Which is irrelevant to us because they can't enter our market. Which means they can't transact on the ledger as their wallets are frozen by the trial. The SEC cannot appeal this ruling because Torres made it clear that Howey is to protect retail investors, not persecute them.

And to make it even better, in the new Ripple Test all staking is automatically considered a security. All ICO's are securities. All OTC sales without blind bid/ask are securities. Torres just killed almost all of crypto EXCEPT for 1% of the XRP supply.

Kek ETH, LINK, and all staked coins are absolutely fucked. Read the judgement. All that matters is that they knew who they were doing business with, understood that an exchange of value was taking place, were of average intelligence, and had horizontal commonality with other participants.
The ONLY reason retail XRP is free and clear (forever btw) is because they didn't know who they were buying from. That is it. We are the 1% with legal XRP.
