thanks for remembering anon, the glitch fixed itself. On this bank website fresh purchases never reflect correct value and you have to wait until the next day for them to appear properly, and guess this applies to bonds too.

The reason the sale isn't showing up maybe that Canadian bonds are a separate market from Americans ones, I think the IIROC regulates them.
