Might be worth it, but I'm screwed by California law if I can't use the tape recordings at which point it becomes a "he said this or that" issue. Seems like the Truth in Lending act and truth in advertisement laws don't really do much once a contract is signed or so u.s. law seems to suggest. The 2009 recession looks less surprising now.

Yeah that might work, might make several over a period of time juat to ruin their business. Wouldn't be surprised if they could legally sue me abd win knowing how much the government seems to protect companies over citizens. I wonder how legal it is to go there, protest in front of their dealership with pamphlets, and warn people of that tactic they pull at the end. I'm a neet at the moment as I recently quit my job.
