Really hoping this coin fails because my £1000 worth is stuck in their dumbass wallet system and I was too retarded to save the full seed phrase and they only gave me partial seed.

I'd like to buy some property out in the ass end of nowhere so I can do the Uncle Ted thing, (without the whole murder and trying to fix society bit, don't see the appeal), but specifically I want to make sure I get Mineral Rights for said property. Because I don't actually plan to use said land for mining, would you think a good way to get a good deal might be to contact some mining companies who likely already snapped up the land and see if they have any exhausted land they'd want to get rid of cheap? How do I even go about contacting big mining corporations?

Financially speaking, are metaverse-related things still worth investing in? I have a few things in my portfolio that I'm holding (not NFT's but tokens, not gonna say which ones because I don't want this thread to turn into a scamfest where people just peddle tokens to each other) because I still think they might become a big thing, but I want to see what /biz/ has to say. The way I see it, metaverses still have some positives going for them:
>Zuck's metaverse might be kill, but VRChat is still kicking, though with a diminished population compared to back when every other video on YouTube was people doing shit in VRChat
>Ethereum mining no longer requires GPU's, so more people will be able to get them for their rigs that they built during covid, meaning more people can get into VR metaverses
>several music artists I follow post about doing shows in VRChat, so metaverse concerts are still happening, though at a smaller scale than people predicted
But there are also negatives:
>Zuck's metaverse is kill, and in the public's eye that was *the* metaverse (even though the metaverse shown in Meta's videos was a 3rd party one IIRC)
>the current most successful metaverse is VRChat, which AFAIK doesn't use crypto/NFT's so it's harder to invest in it
>zoomers ended up being less online than expected, i.e. they actually touch grass and go out, though it's usually for promoting their social media accounts
>leftover stigma towards metaverses from Second Life
Kinda curious if other anons have experimented with metaverses themselves. I tried out VRChat for a bit but I didn't have a VR headset so it was mainly just using it as if it was SL.
