perhaps normies are not catching on to chainlink being the undisputed #3 coin because it did not call itself "digital gold" as bitcoin did. sure crypto is "sexy" but is it? I'm unsure if normies actually like blockchain or if they just want "digital gold"

we will never see a "digital gold" headline for chainlink so maybe it will not bring all the degenerates out to smoke crack and download coinbase. It's hard to make "smart contract" sound as sexy as "digital gold". the term "smart" is the only thing that catches the normie ear. Perhaps we ride this wave out smoothly, and the topic of chainlink goes in one ear and out the other like ethereum. as everyone who knows what is up knows what ethereum is, but normies just pull the "oh yeah man, like BITCONE ?".
