Yes sir, I was saved around 4 years ago.
I grew up as an athiest and never thought I'd come to believe that the bible is the word of God, yet here I am.
Good to know that even if I receive punishment from the Lord on this Earth for any sins, he will ultimately never take away his mercy from me eternally. Just wish that more people would get saved, brother.

I would tell you that the one true God is made of of 3 components:
The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit
If you're praying to God and want to get closer to God, then you need to get with his program of salvation. It is that he sent his Son to live a perfect life and then die and go to hell to become a burnt offering for our sins.
If we accept his gift then our sins will be imputed unto him and his righteousness will be added to your account. Without believing in Jesus Christ you will go to hell because of your sins.

Repent = changing you mind

The Catholic church changed the meaning of the word 'repent' into 'turning from your sins'
In the bible, God is the one who repents more than anyone. And everyone knows that God is perfect and without sin.

But I agree that you must repent and be saved. Repent from worshiping Allah, and turn towards believing on Jesus Christ. Repent from the teaching of Buddhism, and turn towards the LORD. Repent from putting your faith in your works, and turn towards putting all your faith in what Jesus did you you on the cross.

The word 'repent' alone doesn't mean 'repenting of your sins'. You need to add 'of your sins' onto the word 'repent' in order for it to mean that.
