it truly doesn't make sense the optimism. Especially if you are informed about the current state of the oil market, the cuts just aren't working.Yet oil prices rise. The question is, is big money this stupid, or are they doing it on purpose just to bring about the biggest panic possible? You can't be having this speculative price when the real value of oil is still like a dollar or two per barrel if you go buy it, this is ridiculous.
