Oh that makes total sense. I love to snowboard (in VA right now) and I'm planning to head up to the PA slopes this weekend (road conditions permitting). I guess for me it really depends on whether or not I can get my business up and running (I can take it anywhere) so I can decide whether I want to have a farm and be more tied down, or just be a drifter and get daily expenses from the business and crypto gains. I guess if I find a wife and have a bunch of children I'll go for settling down.

Yeah it's pretty worthless trying to get people to pay attention to this stuff. I'm pretty sure there's a psychological flaw in humans where they won't consider buying an asset unless it's ABOVE a certain price. Totally ass backward from a value investing perspective but it does explain a lot of behavior.
