As I understand it the USD is still extremely strong despite money printer go brrrrr. The USD backs a lot of foreign loans so I don't see that changing any time soon. The market can't be propped up forever, especially with such high unemployment and loss in productivity.

I'm not sure the Fed or Blackrock cares about the ability to pay back the loans since the Treasury is the one backing them on a first loss basis. I don't even think there is any real oversight on who these loans are given to since Trump sort of struck that whole idea down. I'm mostly worried about certain companies getting massive amounts of loans they will default on purposely and stick the taxpayer with paying off.
