presumably this indicates that binance is planning on listing pnk, but why exactly? the transaction history doesnt make much sense to me, last thing that was done involving it was 1k days ago (i actually remember being there when we saw that in real time) - my most reasonable guess would be its their baby steps wallet for slowly easing into what they think will make decent returns and the behavior is based on that
