Just saw silverdragons vid on goldbacks. I know Yukon Cornelius poster has a few but was wondering what the consensus of /pmg/ thought about them.

I know they're mostly a novelty and have a very high premium on them (like 70%) but what do you guys think? Cool novelty item? A viable form of a bartering item in the future? Neat idea but impractical?

.8 oz or 25gs gold
1 ducat

plus some random junk silver here and there. I don't plan on stopping anytime soon but do I have enough so far to make it by fall?
