I checked the github over the last year and afaik there's 5 people working daily on the public repos. I think it's the most undervalued project in crypto - not just a smart contract or website but actually a modern code base written from scratch.
The Curt Cobain nerd CTO also is sympathetic and has meme potential, but they completely abandoned any efforts to get known.

Looks like nobody is buying or selling - just a bot that is holding the Kukoin price against BTC. I will probably buy in once they make their network public.
