Staking just gets you 45% of the block rewards. MN’s also get your 45% of the block rewards but in addition to that you can earn additional income by running services on your MN which then makes them more profitable.

Currently 17.68% per annum according to their tracker. However that is just from Block rewards you will also be able to earn additional revenue for you MN by running services on it. They are about to launch their Lightning DEX and it is run entirely from the MN network. All trading fees earned from it are paid back to the MN’s that run it as a service. There are loads of other services that will run from MN’s too that you will collect fees from running them on your MN like hosting Lightning Nodes, providing WatchTower services, TOR privacy routing, hosting TPoS contracts, hosting DApps and Smart contracts, the list goes on
