I'm looking to see if anyone here has some experience of advice for someone who's about to send out approximately 5,000-6,000 emails trying to advertise a product of mine to different companies.

My product is a very new and niche product which contractors would traditionally have to manufacture themselves by hand. I essentially have these pre-made overseas and held in stock in a variety of sizes some of which they would have extreme difficulty doing themselves. This batch of emails is all going out to about 50% architects,30% interior designers and 20% Builders.

My goal is to try and have my product implemented into their designs, have them allow me to visit or send a sample and if they happen to have a job suitable now to use it then I'd want to price to sell to them.

I obtained this massive list from the data base of a construction development program I pay about $10,000 a year to use. I have sifted through the database and removed all duplicate emails, most irrelevant companies and corrected the names and companies so that they will generate correctly when I finally send them automatically through outlook.

What kind of heading I should put to address my emails to avoid them immediately being trashed and for them to be seen as less spammy?
Should I keep my emails short or long with details product information?
Should I insert photos or website links or will this cause them to be detected as spam?

All other advice would be very much appreciated.
