no....no you dont. I can get a ribeye roast for ~50 bucks that I can get 4 large steaks out of, and theyre really good steaks.

COST is great long as you stay clear of the stuff that perishes quick. Like I have a freezer full of the individual chicken packets. Also nice to pick up a ribeye roast and grill that baby up, usually cut in in half cause its just me and the wife then do the other half next weekend.

Just not directly over the heat. On mine I have the left 2 burners on and have the meat between 3 & 4.

Seasoning is mainly a little delli mustard & pappys seasoning
