yes it is. most of crna gora is comfy fren, just beware if you go to the southern coast (like bar and further south), it's mostly albanians. if you're a western tourist it's alright i guess but as a serb i don't go there.

i don't mind having a shitty economy if it means retaining our identity. sure we have shitty birth rates but we have a huge diaspora that will eventually return once shit starts to go bad in the west.
some economic problems are nothing compared to 400 years of turkish occupation kek.
